Who Is Winsome?
Winsome is a talented hip-hop singer, songwriter/composer, recording artist, stage performer. Winsome mostly gains fans' attention during a stage performance and gives him more high-super hypes because of his creativities in music. Starting from the ground he is always with Waxsun inside the studio 24/7 when they started together in the year 2001. It wasn't easy for him because of many challenges but he was so focused and his friend (Waxsun)'s backup boosted him and gave him courage.
They formed a record label (WXSR)together but was agreed to be owned by Waxsun his friend.
Many tracks he released during his time with Waxsun but due to financial issues that caused poor promotion, all the tracks didn't go viral.
In WXSR he did LECTERN, Mr. CHANGER, SWEETIE, and some more.
During this time he had started learning musical instruments such as Claves,Samba(local drum placed in between the two legs beat with ordinary hands), Acuba(local drums), Drumset,Base Guitar.
He started with all these instruments in his parent's church The Apostolic Church (TAC), the church he was born and brought up. He was a member of the choir(instrumentalist)in The Apostolic Church. Along the line he released another track titled SEXY LADY using P-Square (Bizzy body instrumental) where he featured a rapper called Jones mixed by a producer called KallyBeat in Osun State.
This track made Winsome a bit known in some parts of Osun. The same track made him receive invitations from some radio stations in Osun for interviews. Winsome started this running with the help/efforts of Waxsun his friend trying all possible best to make Winsome come to the limelight because he has belief and confidence in Winsome's music career.
In this period Winsome has started learning electrical installation in Ilesa Osun State at Segmol Electrical Company. He is a native of Ilesa. He learned the work for 3yrs. He's father and mother Mr&Mrs Akinyemi are businessmen/businesswomen in Osun State.

brought up with a silver spoon tho, so this caused his music career to tarry. He finished SSCE and then skipped school for music when his parent couldn't continue with it again because of financial issues.
He's father had a triplet as firstborn but two died and a girl survived which is the firstborn of the family later he gave birth to three boys more of which Winsome is found to be one of them. Winsome is the last born of the family.
He came across his stage name WINSOME through a dream. He went to a pastor and revealed the dream so the pastor declared to him that is going to be his stage name. In the world of instruments, he continued and started playing Keyboard after Base Guitar.
He left Ilesa Osun State and traveled to Ogun State in the year 2010 to continue with his electrical installation business. He left Ogun State and entered Lagos in the year 2014 to continue his music career. In Lagos in continued with a family record label (Aknel Music) in Ikorodu.
There he did another track he called AYANFE produced by Waxsun. This time Waxsun had to come with his gadget from Osun down to Lagos to make this product for him. This track also hits some radio stations in Lagos and some radio stations took it up as well in Abuja Nigeria.
Winsome started moving from club to club in some areas of Lagos, especially in Ikorodu. This time he started having 3 shows one 1night. The last show he wanted to perform in a street Jamz at Oreyo, Ikorodu was when he had a gunshot immediately he was called on stage.
Glory be to God Winsome escaped it and ran into the car Peugeot 407 was using in AknelMusic then. Another nightclub he attended was when he met an artist called Jiron in a club one night. After his performance, Jiron called him and have some words with him which later on led to their collaboration in the studio.
Winsome did a track tilted IKEBE(BOOTY) and featured Jiron.
