Tope Ajogbajesu (popularly known as Taiwo), is a popular Gospel singer.
After being ill for some time, Tope succumbed to her illness in the early hours of Friday.
Newsflash Nigeria brought together the two friends. Tope and Jide were not biological twins. They started singing when they were twelve years old.
Sewenle Jesu and Mega 99 were their inspirations, as was Esther Igbekele. Their debut album, "winner", was released in 2004.

Tope, one of the Ajogbajesu Twins who came to prominence years ago when she was on the Bayowa special record label of Gbenga Adewusi.
They were well-known for their tungba style gospel music.
It's been a while since they were heard or seen on the music scene.
"He was last seen at Agelu Prayer Mountain with his mother a few days ago. "Tope was ill for some time and died today," our source stated.
